Smoked BBQ Rib's

Nothing could be better than a fully cooked slab of SummertimeBBQ juicy spare ribs smoked to perfection for 9 to 12 hours perfectly seasoned.  "Heating instruction",  Microwave in the vaccum packing on medium setting for about 15 minutes when frozen, do not puncture bag until it forms a full bubble, or you may thaw and remove ribs from the plastic bag.  Place the ribs in foil, base ribs with summertime bbq sauce and wrap the ends of the foil over the meat completely but loosely.  Place in shallow pan pre heat oven to 350 degrees, heat ribs for about 25 to 45 minutes remove let rest 10 minutes.  Serve with Summertime BBQ sauce.

Smoked Rib Tips


SummertimeBBQ rib tips are the best!!!  If you don't try them, you'll never know.  "Heating instruction", Place frozen bag in a pot of boiling water for 30 minutes or until heated or thaw and remove rib tips from the plastic bag prior to reheating saving the sauce and juices from the meat.  Place the rib tips in foil, pour the reserved sauce and  juices over the rib tips and wrap the ends of the foil over the meat completely but loosely.  Put the wrapped rib tips in a separate pan with one cup of water in the bottom of the pan, place in oven at 350 for one hour or until heated.

Smoked BBQ Whole Chicken


This chicken is hickory smoked to the point it just melts in your mouth. Smoking is the way chicken was meant to be cooked, if you haven't had smoked chicken you are in for a treat.  Average weight 2-3 lbs.  "Heating instruction", Microwave in the vaccum packing on medium setting for 8 minutes, 15 minutes if frozen.  You may also preheat oven to 350 degrees, wrap in foil, place in a shallow pan, heat about 45 minutes, remove and let set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve with SummertimeBBQ sauce.

Smoked Turkey


Smoked turkeys are juicy and delicious.  Vaccum packed,  1/2 smoked turkey will keep in the refrigerator for 6-8 days, or freezes well.  "Heating instruction", Microwave on medium setting in the vaccum packed bag or in oven at 350 wrapped in foil place in a shallow pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Average weight 11-14 lbs.

Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket


You haven't taste brisket, "if you've never had summertime BBQ smoked brisket", so until it reach your table, you are missing a good thing.  "Heating instruction",  Microwave in the vaccum packing on medium setting for about 15 minutes when frozen, do not puncture bag until it forms a full bubble.  Or thaw and remove brisket from the plastic bag prior to reheating saving the sauce and juices from the meat.  Place the brisket in foil, pour the reserved sauce and  juices over the brisket and wrap the ends of the foil over the meat completely but loosely.  Place in a shallow pan with 1 cup of water in the bottom of pan.  Place in oven at 350 degrees, heat for about 45 minutes to one hour remove let rest 10 minutes.  Serve with summertime BBQ sauce.  "You've got to try it to believe it".

Smoked Pulled Pork


Pulled pork smoked to perfection for 11 hours.  kids favorite,  Pulled and vaccum packed in 2lb bags smothered in summertime BBQ sauce.  Makes a hearty sandwich, "and this is no hamburger!!" 5lbs= 40 serving.  In mississippi and texas we add cold slaw, put it all on wheat bread, now that's just down right good.  So what are you watting for.  "Heating instruction", Microwave in the vaccum packing on medium setting for 8 to 10 minutes.  Serve with summertime BBQ sauce.

Smoked Sausage Links


Tender & juicy, squirts loads of flavor. Our ham's are hickory smoked and seasoned to perfection to give you the sweet taste of honey.  In fact, you might want to call it "HONEY SMOKED HAM".  Whatever you call it, it's Good Eatin!  Serve at room temperature.

Summertime BBQ Baked Beans and coleslaw are so...good you'll hide them from you friends, but let them have some we have plenty.  Our  BBQ Sauce, it's not to drink or eat with a biscuit, I would suggest you put over your smoked meats, you'll love it that way.  Desserts are also available.  How about trying our famous peach cobbler and sweet potato pie.  Yummy!
